How we work

All good stories are planned and follow a regulated creative and development process. The production process and working identity of Paulo Brito Lda. are based on this premise. Every production process needs to be planned in order to be able to deliver an excellent product or service. From the difficulty in uncomplicating and simplifying the way of doing things and doing them well, in order to give meaning to what they do best, four stages of the production process were defined.

Probably the most challenging and promising stage. Creating a product that keeps up with fashion trends and market demands, with up-to-date colors, patterns and textures, in the right fabrics and with the quality seals recognized by the sector, in line with consumer preferences, with good design, creative and innovative.

At this stage, all the information processed by the creative department is processed and, based on this, the development of actions that include preparing the raw material to be transformed, quality inspection, measuring, cutting, acquiring the accessories that will make up the product and other specifications begins.

It is also responsible for certifying the quality of all the elements used in the manufacturing process.

The production department is responsible for helping to establish maximum levels of production efficiency, optimizing processes, producing at maximum capacity, guaranteeing production fluidity, efficient management of available energy resources, waste control, finishing, production breaks and reusing leftover raw materials.

The means of transport used, distribution flows, storage, packaging, stock management and deadlines are all found in this last stage of the production process.
